Hi,

You can use the Write form to the MAIN window, for the footer window no need to call this one,

I think you are printing the same values in the Main window as well as the footer window

According to your code, first it will print the MAIN window value then it will print the FOOter window values, better to put the next OPEN_FORM outside the loop
