Hi,

i modified standard form header and logo. i can able to see and print that form with modifications in development system and testing system

But in production system i can able to see that modification but when i am trying to give printout of the form it is give error like : ERROR OCCURS WITH OUPUT DEVICE

ANY WAY GIVE OUTPUT?

in prin copies i cant able to see that modifications

This is very urgent give me solution

check for the printer you are trying to use whether it is configured in that system or not?? goto tcode spad and check

i am getting printouts but in that printouts i cant able to see that modifications

please give me step by step procedure how to check that spad transaction. i am giving printout from spool request
