hi,

I have a requirement where I need to print some text in 'Arial Narrow" font type in footer window. In the text editor I have added this text and changed the font. but when I go back and open the editor again it is changing into different format (Courier ). Why?

hmm strange, add some screenshots?

normaly whatever you write into the text, should stay. did you save and activate it?

also did you transport the formular if you test it in another mandant?

after i edited the text in text editor

Once I activat teh form and  go back and open the editor again I see as below

Hello,

Should not happen. Have you changed the font family and size in paragraph format , then saved it and activated it. Then generate the output in the same client? In case of other client do a client copy(SCC1).

I have checked on my system and it does not happen this way. If you have some default paragraph then check its style and also explicitly use the paragraph format in your elements on the page windows.

Hello,

Please check your text, not with the MS editor but  with the old editor you might have imbricated tag.

After check your paragraph style and  your text.

ok I am trying  install a new font using SE73. After I uploaded the TTF file i get the below popup

what should I enter here?

check note 130658, it explains how to derive the RTF string for the PC editor.
