SAP Script - Logo not being printed

Hi all,

I have a SAP Script which has an image on it. The image (BITMAP) was uploaded via transcation SE78.

We have users located in different regions nationwide. While the users in the HeadQuarters can print the SAP Script correctly (the spool request was generated with the image), the rest of the users cannot do it (the spool request generated does not contain the image).

Does anyone have a clue why this happens? Could it be related to SAP GUI version?

Hi,

are all users logging in the same client?

Images uploaded by SE78 should be transported to others clients in SCC1.

Hi,

Yes, the images were uploaded in development system and transported to production system.

End users cannot see the image in print preview besides from the users of the HeadQuarters. All end users can only access production system.

Hi,

There is the need to give a special permission to users. The authorization object is S_BDS_DS.
