How to generate a report from SAP Release notes and where are these release notes present?

HI Tanushri,
SAP Notes are available in service.sap.com.
U shuld have an userid and password for the same to access SAP Notes.
Alternatively,from SAP open Transaction SNOTE.Goto Menu item Goto-->Download SAP Note .Enter the note number and u will get the report in PDF Form. Ur SAP system shuld be connected to the network.Then only u will be able to download SAP Note.

1. If there are any correction in SAP standard then you can go to SNote --> Go To --> SAP Note Brower --> Enter SAP Note and Execute.
Check the status whether SAP Note applicable for version on which you are working or whether is applicable or not.
2. If there are any specific report mentioned in SAP Note where SAP recommand to copy in your version then please follow steps mentioned in the SAP Note.
As per knowledge, SAP always provides steps in such SAP note like name of to be report program / code attachment which need to copy in this report / might some case they provide transport request which you need to import in your system with the help of Basis team.
