can anyone please give me a practical scenario of sapquery

A Query enables users that do not have any ABAP knowledge to develop their own reports.Ex could be anywhere from employee birth day list, inventory list address list etc..

in that case , once we generate query, how can we run it every time?

is there any transaction?

for example , if i create a query to print some informtaion about sales department and if some wants to do that few times a day then what transaction or command do we need to run?

Your users can always run the query via SQ01.
