SAP Query SQ01

Hello,

I have created a query in SQ02 with user group everything but not able to assign the query in SQ01 from where I can execute the query.

anybody any idea?

So you assigned the Infoset (SQ02) to a user group?

If so, did you then go to SQ01 and make sure that you are in one of the user groups that you assigned the infoset to, prior to trying to link it up? There should be an icon under the title area of SQ01 that looks like 2 boxes with an arrow pointing down from the top to the one on the bottom. If you hover your mouse over it, it says it is called 'Other User Group' or press Shift+F7 and you can then choose the appropriate user group.

If you are not in the correct user group in SQ01, you will not see the Infoset to connect to it.

Hello Mark,

i tried but I ma getting error 'Query does not contain a list'.

I checked it is asigned to user group etc ...

Actually it is copy of a existing query and SQ02 everything looks same...

i never worked with query so I am confuse at the moment...

Hi Kusum,

Follow the instructions as below.

1. Create infoset ZTESTINFO using SQ02.

2. In SQ02, after creation of infoset ZTESTINFO, select the infoset and press Role/User Group Assignment.

3. Select the group by check box, say for Ex: ZGINFO_GRP and press Save.

4. Press GENERATE (Shift+F6) button.

5. Go to SQ03, enter the group ZGINFO_GRP and press Assign users and infosets.

6. Enter your ID in one of the box provided and save.

7. Goto SQ01, create the query using SQ01. you will find the infoset ZTESTINFO.

hi,

u need to add field in basic list,

after creating infoset , user group, user group assignment, infoset assignment

you will create the query in SQ01, there you need to click on basic list, and add fields via field group, fields etc. then only u can execute and you will not get any error.
