Use yours or ask your super-administrator for a S-id at service.Sap.com /or/ use transaction SNOTE to download the note, then look at the note at Note 1686172 - Missing authorization check in IS-B-DP-EDT or via SNOTE. Then navigate to the end of the note an click on correction, select correction for your system level and you will get  the list of modified objects, of course read first the note description.
