SAP note

Hallo Experts,

Is it possible to implement SAP note in a system if the SAP note is not relavant for the release ?

Eg. SAP note 1234 is relevant for the release 4.6C. And there is a similer symptom in 4.7 but the SAP note is note not relavent for the Release.

What to do in this case ? Is it okay to implement the note still in 4.7?

Otherwise any solutions ?

You should try to search for other notes with the same issue. If there is nothing, then you should raise an OSS message to SAP. They will take action accordingly

Hi,

You cannot implement the note in the system.

First raise a message with SAP with the refernce to the SAP Note and the problem...

SAP if found the problem is relevant will extend the SAP note(Release and version)..

If not, will provide you with the relevant solution

Hi,

SAP notes are specific to releases and can be implemented in the same release. Search for another note for new releases, otherwise check if the note is already been updated in the new release
