Plz provide snote to implement the MACROS 'cc_if_is_not_initial' in the class CL_FDT_table.

1. SNOTE is a transaction, no need to provide it.

2. What makes you think there is a note (if that is what you are looking for?

3. Why not look for the note in service.sap.com yourself?

4. Where did you come up with the name of the macro in the first place?

Basically this is a very strange question which really makes no sense (to me) at all. What is it you are trying to achieve here?
