Dear experts.

i am trying to create some rules regarding the outgoing message.

For instance: if the subject of the email contains the word "prevent" to do not send the email.

Tipical rules just like the outlook.

Is that possible with the SAP connect? Many thanks in advance.

Hi Sara - I don't think we have an out-of-box solution for filtering the email.

Is it not possible for you to restrict at the sending program?

However something simillar dicussed @ http://scn.sap.com/thread/3319880  you might have to modify the program RSSOSOSTSTAT

Dear Hareesh.

I cant just restrict the sending of a email.

The point is, i have to send an email but just for a certain situation. That situation depends on the subject.

Subject A --> The email must be sent

Subject B --> The email must not be sent

The template used for the email and the timeline when it must be send is the same in both cases. So the only difference is trough the email.
