SAP connect error

Hi Friends,

I'm unable to send mails to external email ID's through SAP connect. Through tcode SCOT, when the mail is triggered, an error occurs(error message no. 806) with the following message: <No delivery to , invalid recipient address>.

I have checked the recipient address and its okay.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Hi Rajeev,

You will have to check with your Basis consultant for the configration to send External mails.
