When Connected SAC to SQL server through import data connections, how can the data level security/authorization be inherited rom the SQL source? A user can have multiple roles and data security is determined based on user role selection.

Unfortunately, it cannot. Authorizations in SAC are inherited with a live connection. If you import, you need to manage authorizations in SAC
