In which events we can able to write the select statement apart from start of selection?

Hi,

We can write the SELECT statement at event <b>end-of-selection.</b> or <b>end-of-page</b>. or <b>top-of-page</b>.

However , it will be always advisable that we should write all processing block i.e. SELECT statement in STRAT-OF-SELCTION.

You can write in any event.

It doesn't make sense to use WRITE statements on SELECTION SCREENS.

But i am not clear abt this.

Can we write select statement in TOP-OF-PAGE,END-OF-PAGE,

END-OF-SELECTION.....

Technically the system will not stop you from writing a SELECT statement in any of the events you have specified. But it does not make sense, that's about it.

Its a matter of seggregating your logic.
