Hi All,
Could you please let me know, whether ECC 6.0 has 3 tier architecture or it has some other architecture.

ECC 6.0 has 3 tire architecture.

The above example is for ECC 5.00. You would find the material for ECC 6.00 also.

Hi There
ECC 6.0 does not have a 3-tier architecture . It has an SOA now which means a Service Oriented Architecture powered by SAP Netweaver.
Please refer to the SAP documentation on SOA for further details.

Now, thats a bit confusing.
One reply stating ECC 6.0 is 3 tier & another stating its not 3 tier.
Could someone please throw some light on this.

Hi All,
I have checked with BASIS consultants & got same answer. Its still a 3 tier architecture.
SOA etc is true, but ECC 6.0 still is 3 tier architecture.
