sales order

i was asked to create a simple report to make sure the person who created the sales order did not release the sales order for billing.

for this i was asked to output

the order no

user id of the person who created the order

last name,first name of person who created the order

billing document no related to order

created by user id

last name,first name of the person associated with the billing document.

I dont know where i can get the user ids and the billing document no associated with a sales order.

I appreciate your help.

Try looking at VBAK, VBFA.

Maybe try looking into yourself before asking people to do your job aswell.

User ID of the person who created the sales order is VBAK-ERNAM.

The field in VBAK contains the user id, the field is ERNAM.

U would get the Order information from VBAK table while the user details from USR03. ..The link for sales order and invoice in VBFA table OR you can use VBRP even (aubel field)

Field <b>VBAK-ERNAM</b> gives you Name of Person who Created the Sales Order.

Similarly, VBRK-ERNAM gives Name of Person who Created the Billing Document.

vbak-kunnr = kan1-kunnr ->kna1-name1

vbrk-aubel = vbak-vbeln.->vbrk-vbeln(billing document)
