Sales Order Attachment

hi guys,

we have a requirement. My basis consultant want to know where these attachments are stored. Let me explain clearly, we assigned the PDF files to the Sales Order and PO. we will select the fiel from our the Desktop. It's a one time process. Once after loading into SAP. It will be saved in SAP. where exactly it will saved. i would like to know. I have seen some tables in Tracer. I have the file name in table. but i want where the contents of the fiel storing the SAP.

Normally file saved in AL11..... Hmmmmm are you also using some logical file, you can create logical file path using Tr.FILE .

Hi,

It's stored in BDS (Business Document Server) the tcode for the same if OAOR check it out.

I don't have an R/3 access but there's a standard FM that's called for the same if you can debug you will get it.
