Hi

There will be so many reasons for blocking a particular item see the table TVFST

01 Calculation missing

02 Compl Confirm Missng

03 Prices incomplete

04 Check terms of paymt

05 Check delivery terms

08 Check credit memo

09 Check debit memo

41 not yet completed

42 no price agreement

43 new price as of....

50 Authorisation Req

51 Rejected

There also many reasons to reject an item in sales order

See the field ABGRU in VBAP table

go to the table TVAG and see the values of ABGRU field in F4

those are all the different reasons for rejecting a order item.
