Runitme Error after Upgrade LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND

Hi all,

We are getting a short dump in TCodes KO8G and VF01 after system upgrade .

We are using COPA in our company .

The termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLKEAK" in

"COPA_PROFITABILITY_SEGMENT".

The main program was "SAPMV60A ".

The termination occurred in line 466 of the source code of the (Include)

program "LKEAKU07"

of the source code of program "LKEAKU07" (when calling the editor 4660).

Processing was terminated because the exception "CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND"

occurred in the

procedure "COPA_PROFITABILITY_SEGMENT" "(FUNCTION)" but was not handled

locally, not declared in the

RAISING clause of the procedure.

The procedure is in the program "SAPLKEAK ". Its source code starts in line 5

of the (Include) program "LKEAK$07 ".
