Hi,
the first thing that comes to mind is maybe an error in the configuration of the number ranges as the short dump occurs because the pernr contains only zero's.
Did you configure the numbers correctly?
feature NUMAP
number ranges: transaction PB04
Do you get this error when changing on an existing candidate or when creating a new one?

Hi Tom,
Yes, Earlier someone maintained number ranges from 00000000 to 9000000. I have changed it to 00000001 - 90000000. After changing the number ranges still I am getting this error. I am not able to delete the applicant number 00000000 from PB90 and PB30.
Let me know whether there is any other way to do it.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
sorry I missed this in the thread.
What I would do to delete is to do this through SE16n and delete the record from the database.
As the number is 000000000 there is no program using a logical database that would allow you to achieve this in my opinion.
The following link should help:
This should be done for every infotype for which this has been created (as you are working in PB there shouldn't be too many).
Good luck.

Tom
