Run time error CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND in AW01N

Hi All,

While running AW01N we are getting this dump CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND.

In description in ST22 it is showing that function module FI_AA_VALUES_CALCULATE was called but can not be found in library.

I also checked in SE37 and function module exists.

Can you please help . Let me know if someone else has got the same dump.

I also checked with the roles of user, Everything is fine from Authorization perspective.

probably there is some error in the configuration of some area of evaluation.

check this, by Oabc, Oabd or Oadb.

Hi Pinto,

I cheked for OABC and OABD and OADB, it is asking for chart of depreciation.

I am not sure what is that, I also checked with functional team for these tcodes, but this dump is occuring only for specific users.

everything is fine in area of evalution. Please suggest.

Try going to SM37 and generating it.

Hi,

The FM should be there interesting as its a standard FM but yes activating on SE37 would help in case it exists in inactive state.

SM37 is Job overview so wont work from there.

Thanks for response,

I checked in SE37, this FM is already in Active state.

But one interesting part for this issue we got yesterday is that we are getting this dump only for specific users.

We checked for roles but found that there is no issue with roles.

Can you please help out.

In the asset value display AW01 or AW01N, the system displays a net book value for the posted values although you have carried out a complete retirement. This is in particular due to the fact that the system does not display the accumulated depreciation for the revaluation of the current year. This error is corrected with Note 326357; however, if the depreciation area is parallel to a depreciation area which manages revaluations, the error still occurs.
