RTTC create without DDIC type

Hi,

I guess it´s not possible but it would be great if a cl_abap_datadescr could be created without an existing DDIC element but only with data like

* Char

* Length 20

* Title "Test Field"

(Title is important as it should be used in a dynamically built ALV)

Any ideas?
