Routine not working

Hi all,

i hav developed a Routine for Pricing procedure and its working in Development server,

but in Quality server its not triggering that Routine. Routine has been assigned to that Pricing procedure ( same as in Development server ).

Can you tell me what could be the problem..

Check whether your configuration for the routine in pricing procedure in QA and Dev are the same.

Also check whether your routine is active in QA for some reason or the other.

Hi,

The problem could be either of the two things:

1. The configuration in QA might be pointing to a different or none of the FMs.

2. The config is fine but, the FM is not having any code in the QA, which was there in the Dev.

First, take a test case in QA and observe whether the FM is getting triggerred and coding is being executed properly. If it is fine, then there is only problem with some config in QA , please check them and proceed further.

Please check with FM and Config settings in QA and let me know if everything is fine or you are still facing issues on this.
