Hi,

Go to PFCG ,select the necessary role in change mode and then select the tab USER.From there u can delete users by selecting them.

Hope this clarify ur doubt.

...or simply use SU10, select the required users->enter required role name on role-tab, mark 'remove' enter 'profile-tab' mark 'remove' there too. Save.
