Role assigned that does not exist!?

Hello,

we have users in SAP System which have roles assigned, that does not exist.

I get a list of this users, when i run scug in cua.

But i can't find a report to verify the user for role consistency in the cua client.

Would make it much easier to cleanup all these assigenments.

maybe somesone has an idea..

Hi

You can try to use report: SUSR_ZBV_GET_RECEIVER_PROFILES

with option "Delete Invalid Assignments"

It will remove from CUA users all roles unknown to chosen child system .

Hi Christian,

1. In which system the Role is not exist ? Parent or Child system ?\

note: in general if the role is created in child system only the role text will be available in Parent system, not the role with data.

2. Please use PRGN_COMPRESS_TIMES to clean up the duplicate and invalid roles from user profile
