There is definitely no RFC for standard tables atleast.
YOu need to use BAPIs for updating standard tables.
But you have to use different bapis for updating different tables.
For Z tables, yo ucan write your own z rfc function modules.
Tables parameter
ITAB TYPE ZTABLE
Code sample
modify ztable from table itab.
commit work.

Hello Gaurav
You should not update tables like VBAK, VBAP, etc. directly. Instead use the appropriate BAPI for this purpose. In case of VBAK you could use SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE, BAPI_CUSTOMERCONTRACT_CHANGE or BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE.
Function module TABLE_ENTRIES_GET_VIA_RFC allows to read table entries from remote systems. However, the data are returned in an unstructured itab (BDI_ENTRY).
The other way around, i.e. update tables entries, you need to create your own RFC-enabled function module for updating Z-tables. Since you would like to create a generic function you have to import the data into the function module in an unstructured manner and reconstruct the structured data in the function module.
