hi Experts,

I want to create RFC Destination with in the same client .

But when i am creating it drags me to the logon screen of my own user id.

eg:

suppose Client id is: 810

now my userid is A

and i want to log in to userid B in same client i.e. in 810

now on logon & security tab

i entered 810 under client

B in userid

and corresponding password.

But when i click on Remote Logon it drags me to the logon screen .

Plz solve the problem.

Thanks and regards,

Apoorv Sharma

Hi,

Check the setting of logon screen status in SM59 in logon and security TAB.

if here the logon screen check box is checked then logon screen will appears.

Sorry all for not making it clear earlier that I was logging into an entirely other SAP system on other terminal. What should be the settings for this scenario?

Hi,

If it is showing you the logon screen, is because the user and password are filled wrongly.

You must assure that the user and password that you are entering in SM59 in your source system exists in the destination system and should be a logon online user.

You also have to filled in SM59 the IP Adress, Client and language in order to logon in the destination system.

Regards,
