RFC Connection Error

i have to open RFC connection. i am getting following Errors. ( 4.6 C & 4.7 E )

Error Program ODSUSR62 not registered

Location SAP- Gateway on host dlwsdv10 / sapgw02

Details TP ODSUSR62 not registered

Component SAP – Gateway

Counter 1861

Module gwr3cpic.c

Line 1609

Return Code 679

Release 640

Hi Suresh,

<b>Check the following documentation

SAP instance (sapgw03 ) is down when you’re trying to connect it . Make sure your other system is up and working fine. Moreover, the user you are specifying must have all authorization and you`re using correct login/password

TEST

GOto-SM59->click it ->test->connection ( F8)

Test->auth (F6)

Suresh... I am facing the issue...do you have an idea how to solve this issue?
