Hello all,,

Am an Abaper.

I need to resolve an issue.

The hints that she gave me was that there was a return which was posted incorrectly. And she wants it to reverse it back..

The return she gave me is RA# 84056517.

She also gave a clue like this : "need to call X6000 and have this return reversed".

Am not sure how to proceed and where to start this. Am not sure of which FM it is ?

pls suggest me how to proceed on? ?

using VL09 transaction.. and by giving inbound/outbound delivery document no: ie the return.. we can reverse the RA# 84056517"

Hence resolved.
