Request release authority at project level

Dear Gurus,

Our consulting team need requests release authority(se01 or se09) at projects level. Is it poosible?? if so how to do it??

Hi

Yes you can restrict them with the objects S_CTS_ADMI and S_TRANSPORT.

You can assign values what they want to perform like which project.

Actually they will only need auth object - S_TRANSPRT - the activity value for release is 43.You can define what type of transports they can release as well:

CUST: Customizing requests

DTRA: Workbench requests

TASK: Tasks (repair or correction)

MOVE: Relocation transports (all three types)

TRAN: Transports of copies

PATC: Preliminary corrections and deliveries

PIEC: Piece lists

CLCP: Client transports
