What is the procedure to be followed to alter the some lines of the report which already exists.

Hi!

SE38 transaction, give program name and choose modify.

Select the lines, right click with the mouse and choose comment.

Save and activate.

GOTO DEBUGGING THAT PROGRAM AND YOU WILL GET WHERE EXACTLY YOU CAN ADD THAT

AND YOU CAN CHANGE THAT PROGRAM BY GOING TO SE38 AND ENTER THAT PROGRAM AND MADE CHANGES AND SAVE THAT UNDER DIFFRENT TRANSPORT REQUEST

SO IT WIL GENARATE A NEW VERTION FOR THAT PROGRAM AND THE PREVIOUS ONE CAN ALSO BE AVAILABLE FOR FEATURE USE

If it is a Z (Custom) Program, u can make changes in SE38 as u wish.

But if it is a standard program, then u need access key to do that.
