Hi All,
I am having a scenario to do the free of cost replacement. That I can do. But with that I have to get the <u><b>Report for the cost of replacing the defective goods free of cost. so how can configure to get the report</b></u>, plz give me step by step guidance.plz help me it's urgent.

Hi,
I hope you might be changing the condition records for this. If that is the case, you can go for a custom report, to get the condition records information with the new value and the old value.
Else.
if any goods are replaced, you need to make a sale document with reference to the billing or sales document. Take that reference document and pick the data from the VBAK and VBAP tables. The new condition value is given at this document and the old value of the material comes from the billing document that is previously done.
