Moderator message: please use informative subjects in future

Hi All,

I have one requirment in which I have to run one report,which will execute after every three month automaticaly.

Could you please tell me how can we do this......

And please explain in detail.

1. Go to transaction SM36(Define Background Job)

2. Enter a job name.

3. Enter or select a target server on "Exec. Target" field.

4. Click on Step button on application toolbar.

5. Enter the name of your abap program and click save.

6. Now click the Start button.

7. Click Date/Time button and specify a date and time on "Schedule start" field.

8. Tick on Periodic job checkbox.

9. Click the "Period Values" button.

10. Another screen will appear, click on "Other Period" button.

11. Now Type 3 on Month field and click save.

12. Click save button on all pop-up screen.

8. Now click save button on main screen and you're done.

Step 1: Create the Report

Step2 : Schedule a job to run that report in every 3 months. Run transaction SM36 to create a job.

Step-1 : Go to Transaction SM36.

Step-2 Enter the job name. Job Class C. Status Scheduled

Step-3 Press Enter. Following popup screen appears:

step -4 Enter your program name and click on SAVE.

Step-5 Now come back to the main screen and click on u201CStart Conditionu201D.

Step-6 Select Date\Time.Fill your requirement and click on save.

Hi,

Create the program after that go to transection SM36 ,Enter the job name. Job Class C. Status Scheduled,Press Enter.

Hi,

After creating your report...Goto transaction SM36.

1)Give the name of the Job

2) Give the Exec. Target as report name.

3) In the start condition select >>.

4) Check the workday/time details and workday relative to, period details.

You can give the period as 3 months.
