Report Printing problem

Hi All,

I developed an ALV report it contains around 25 columns, while giving print from the report output some of the columns are missing.

Can anybody help me out.

You can perform the ALV consistency check to verify the parameters transferred to the interface and provides information about possible errors.

In the list, you can execute the consistency check by entering &SOS in the transaction line.

In the full screen and grid, you can also execute the consistency check using the print preview or by pressing Shift and double-clicking the right mouse button on the empty gray control background at the same time.

You can query the following information:

the transferred field catalog

the configured layout

the current display variant

the entire sorting and filtering table

the output table (only by holding down Shift and right-clicking).

The consistency check can be automatically called for the grid (for screen, fullscreen) and the list when the ALV is called if you set the ALV_SOS user parameter to 'X'. This option is only available as of Release 6.40.

Solution

If inconsistencies exist(indicated by red and yellow traffic lights with the relevant short texts), errors may occur if the tool is used incorrectly. This should be corrected with a relevant application development.
