For Sales Organisation:

Check the table MVKE for materials against diff sales org.

Check the table MARC for materials against diff plants.

Check in TVKO and TVTA master tables, for Sales Area (Sales OrganizationDistribution ChannelDivision)

For Business Area:

Try for Exits in trnsaction SMOD and BADIs in transaction SE18.
