Relation between Acc. Doc. No. ( BELNR ) & Note text ( OBJDES )

Hi all,

I have a requirement to display the private note entered in transaction FBL3N against a particular acc.doc.

I am unable to establish a relation between the table SOOD ( this stores the private note in the field OBJDES ) and table BKPF, which i require to fetch the note text according to the acc.doc.no.

Can some one please tell me a way to uniquely identify the note text with respect to a particular Acc.doc.No.

Hi,

Check in STXH and STXL

you should be able to find the belnr and the desc.

See ....... FBL3N is for G/L Display for balancessss ..

here SOOD will never come in to picture SOOD table is for

which you want the Document no and OBJECT name are the in the structure <b>SODOCCHGI1</b>....... But the document in this table is not the document no in BKFP table ....

beacue if you see in FBL3N program Logical data base

<b>Logical database SDF G/L Account Database</b>

so kindly think about your Question ... don't waste of the time because

SOOD Table is a for SAPoffice: Object definition it won't have any FI ...G/L relations ....

if it is use full reward points ....

I need to extract the note entered for the invoice

its in SOOD but i cant find how to pick from table SOOD with the invoice number
