Morever you may want to work on Adobe Forms.

Hi,

What I meant was, within SAP there are lot of exciting things, like RFCs, Function Modules, EDI-IDOCS, LSMWs, SAP Scripts etc etc. In that context SMARTFORMS is just an editor sort of utility, isn't it.

Smartforms is an improvement on SAPscript. Yes, it's just another tool to be used during development.

I would say, if you make your self master in SMARTFORM then it is very good for you on long term. But along with this you should also have just knowledge about other parts of SAP.
