Regarding validation and substitutions

Hi Experts,

I have to create validations for FI transactions.

While creating it in transaction OB28, I have to give the Z directory in the prerequisite condition.

Actually I am create the validations which is available in another system. So in that system Z directory was created already. Now I have to create in the same name in my new system.

Please give me the steps and Tcode to create the directory.
