regarding TADIR table

Hi guys,

I have Program Entry in TADIR table but i could not find that programs in Development class.

Because of that i could not Take transport request. How to solve this issue.

I have plenty of programs like this.. suggestion Please

Try using STMS transaction.

Do u mean to say, the programs were created as local objects.

if yes, then u need to assign a development class (using transaction se80) to each of the program and then create a transport request.

I am not sure whether there is a tool available in SAP to assign development class for a whole lot of objects.

Thanks for your replies.

Problem here is. If i check the Program in TADIR it shows it saved in Dev class ZXX. But when i tried to open the program using SE80 or SE38. its missing.

so i could not create transport request for this Development class.

how to solve this issue.

Hi,

Have u passed teh value <b>DEVCLASS in TADIR</b> table?

In SE80 choose DEV Class and press enter and see the programs it will be there.

If not u go to <b>SE38 > Attributes</b> and see the Dev clas, if u have not assigned any Dev class u cna assign by going to

<b>SE38 > goto > object directory entry > change the development class from $TMP</b> to the desired class. While saving it will ask for the transport request.

Hope u r clear. Other than this tahere wont be any problem.
