Regarding Table maintanance generator

Hi friends,

I have the problem with Table maintanance generator. I have created table maintanace generator for Ztable and moved it to the Quality, Production.

But in Quality and Production It is not allowing to create the entries. It is saying non modfiable.

Please reply.

go to se11.

give the table name

take delivery and maintenece -> give display/maintenence allowed.

Hi Kishore,

In order to give entries into the ur Z table,just check the following in the Z table .

In the delivery and maintenance Tab, select "Display and maintenance allowed" in the data Browser / Table view maint.

This might help u.

In the initial screen of the Tabel in SE11, you need to select the Display/Maintanence allowed for that table

Thanks you all for reply.

All ready i have selected the option "table maintanance allowed' . It is working fine in development. But in quality it is saying "Non modifable".

But I have given delivery class is 'C' .

is any affect on table maintance generator.

Yes, u are right.

2. It has the main effect.

3. The class has to be 'A'

Only then it will allow to modify.

4. So change the class to A in DEV Server,

RE-GENERATE the maintenance, and then transport again.

It will work fine then.

Yes, u are right. It will ask for a request.

2. Create a request.

3. Also do not forget to re-generate the table maintenance.

(At that time also it will ask for request)

4. Transport the request to QA and PRD. It will work fine then.
