Regarding Table Adjustment

Hi All,

In EKPO table there is one include structure with name CI_EKPODB, In that i have added one field . But now i don't want thet field ..i have deleted that field.so structure is in Inactive mode because there is no field. But there is no field in Structure even it showing that field in table EKPO.

How to solve my Problem.

Hi,

Use this path to adjust the database...

SE11...give the table name and press change button..follow the below path

Utilites->Database object-> Database utility...Press the Avtivate and Adjust Database

But thing is I am working on EKPO Table , that is not a customized table..

Hi,

Either it is stanard table or Custimizing table you need to adjust the database using Database utiltiy only. Or you can ask the basis person to activate the table.

Hi Avinash,

Even I am getting same Problem. In SE14 i have given table name and activated..But even the field is existed in Tables even i deleted the field in Structure..Here my problem is i am unable to activate the structure by using SE14.

so let me know how to activate the structure...if there are no fields.

Hi Lakshmi,

There is a delete row button in SE11 tcode you need to use this rather simply removing it manually and then activate your structure first and then come back to the table and activate it again then go to SE14 activate and adjust by selecting the SAVE radio button

Try to adjust the table by database utility, always select the option for keeping the data while adjusting.

Hi lakshmi,

It is howing beacuse in ur stcture there is no field in that but u can't activate u r include beavuse there were no fields in the include.

Ur include is not activated taht's y value will come in the EKPO table laso.

Go to SE 14 give u rtable name 'Activate and adjust database table.
