i t6hink there is some instalation problem. contect ur basis person(if this is happen for every program otherwise go to st22 and try to analysis dump program).
Do you get the dump whe you try to EDIT the program or when you try to EXECUTE it ?
When it dumps by trying to EXECUTE it, it's a problem of tis program.
You can check the dump by using the ST22 transaction.
If it's the SE38 itself that dumps.... you'll having a problem within you SAP installation. Maby anyone tried a modification if SE38 or something else...
Then you should contact your SAP-System "Basis" (or SAP).
Dump is basically because of the insufficient memmory space at that time....because SAP uses memory and when it get's filled mainly because a number of user logged in that time .... it will get solved automatically..... as the number of users get's refreshed .... May be that Basis person's can solve the problem ..but this problem get's solved automatically..........
Main problem is because because of insufficient memory space your program(SE38) in not getting memory space to execute...... time can solve your problem.....
