VBRK and

VBRP Tables

But what is the use of

VBFA(Sales document Flow)

VBUK(Header Status)

VBUP(Item Status)

can any body give some examples, do u have any sample code, pls mail to my id vijayalaxmi_madiwala@yahoo.co.uk.

Hi,

VBFA is a sales document flow table where in you can get the invoice no, delivery no, picking no, good issue no by passing an sales order no.

For eg: in VBFA if you pass an order no say eg: 1000011 in the VBELV field you will get the records based on the status of the document. So there are two fields VBTYP_N and VBTYP_V which will tell you whether the document no in the field VBELN is a delivery, invoice or an inquiry etc.

VBUK and VBUP are two tables which gives the status of an particular sales order document no.

Pass the sales order no: 1000011 in VBELN. There are fields like RFGSK, RFSTK, WBSTK,ABSTK and GBSTK which will give you the status of the document like how far it has been processed.

Hi

VBUK and VBUP tables are for header and Item status respectively, for e-g Credit status, Delivery status, Billing status etc.

VBFA as said is for the document flow, like it shows us the subsequent and the previous documents and their status.

For e-g, Sales order flow shows us subsequent documents created like Delivery, Invoice and Preceeding documents like quotaion etc. This is mainly useful when cancelling certain documents or the view the status of the subsequent and preceeding docs. Like when we want to delete a sales order, system does not allow us to do so unless the subsequent docs are cancelled or deleted.
