i am getting an error that "segment cannot be saved as a structure" in we31 (segment creation).
can you help me out its urgent.

Hi,
This could be due to the custom developed segments.
Check whether you have released the segment using WE31.
This would solve your issue.
and also verify the IDoc Type/Message (WE82) to ensure the extension was setup/assigned?
