Regarding Releasing a BAPI

Can we make changes to the BAPI after releasing it as an API method of Business Object.If found any errors after releasing it, what should be the approach.

Please let me know ASAP.

Hi,

You should be able to change the code of the BAPI even after releasing the API. That should not be a problem.

I am unable to release the method, it says Object Components have higher preference.

Created Object type, assigned FM as API method, i can see the Method getting registered, and able to execute it.What steps should i follow to see it in the BAPI Explorer.
