Regarding Output types

hello everyone

my problem is, when i am trying to save a purchase order output type are not coming for that order

can any one tell me what may be the reason why the orders are not picking the output types.

Hi,

Where you are entering the Output types in PO?

GoTo -Messages

on this screen you have to enter the Output Type

Mostly we use the NEU (std Output type)

All these Output types are stored in the table T685.Check in that table.

Instead of trying the display mode, go to the ME22N and click on print preview, here you have to select the output type on the popup, then you will see the output as required....

Hi Vamsi,

We mean to say when ever you create and save the purchse order you want to that the output type should be populated?. If is so there should be some ALE configuraion done for the particular purchase order types. Contact your function consultants they may help you.

you are correct ALE configration is done even though the orders are not picking the output type even our functional consultants are not clarify this

Hi,

Go to NACE and select the application

and Click on Procedures in application bar and select the program * and double click on Control and click on change mode and click on New Entries and add you entry.
