what is the process we follow before project implementation.

what are the documents the developer will get, what are the issues thay can discuss

who will assign the work to developer?

what are the contents in that document

is there any time limite when we implement the project.

could u plz explain clearly.

Hi Rajesh,

Process start from the Proect initiation. As a developer we have to prepare some documents like Technical spec., communication log, Tech spec review,Code review,Check list and the object bundle. This will depends on the client what they are expecting.

Always the lead of the team will assign the work and there will be deadline/time limit for all the objects depends on the complexity and priority.

Hi Rajesh,

In the Technical Spec we are going to explain the <b><i>Process Overview(Technically)</i></b> and <i><b>Pseudocode</b></i>(Step by step procedure).

Apart from this we need provide the Selection-screen design/fields and other info like file formats,table designs etc.
