regarding duplicates in internal table

Plz, can anyone help.

Iam taking bseg in select stmt and i want to retrieve or dump distinct hkont into an internal table.

but compiler is showing distinct is not allowed in clustered table and i even tried delete adjacents

in internal table but its not working.

Sort itab by hkont.

DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES FROM itab COMPARING hkont.
