i had just joined a org as a trainee ABAPer n have applied for SAP elearning From Delphi Computech. i wnt to know howmuch it will help me doing a elearning course.

hi Abhijeet,

If you have joined as a trainee in any Organization then i believe that no need of for applying anywhere... there are many sites and forums that will help you in solving your problem and also you will get many materials from the net .. also there are lot of things in the site of sappress also. so better learn yourself.....

well but in our org only RFID projects are taken n no implimentation

If you want some more Elearning stuff then check <b>SDN.SAP.com</b> eLearning and Wiki , there you can find various topics on ABAP , including ALV ,Module Pool, Smartforms,Table controls, SAPscripts etc.
