hi all,
When a service pack is applied (higher one from previous),the reports variants are no longer working.And what is the use of check box system variant(automatic transport) while creating variant.

Hi Chandra,
When your SAP standard program selection screen undergoes change with your import, you will loose all user defined variants.

I don't think so. That would be pretty user unfriendly - even for SAP.

Hi Chandra,
Even after service pack is installed, existing variants should work. Are you abvle to see the variants after the service pack installation. Regarding automatic transport checkbox, variants created will be transported along with the report to the further systems in the landscape.
